Prices are for the apartment and include electricity, heating and bed linen.
A £50 deposit is required, with the balance payable four weeks before your holiday.

3 day mini-breaks may be taken in November, early December, January and February at 60% of weekly hire. Requests for breaks beginning or ending on a Saturday will be viewed sympathetically. Please enquire for a specific period.

Privacy Statement.
1. The information you provide above will be received by one computer, which is not connected to a network. The computer software is updated daily by Microsoft and Norton Virus/Firewall protection. Your input will also be scanned for viruses.
2. Any information you provide in an e-mail will be stored temporarily on our hard disk automatically. This information will be transferred to a removable drive (held securely) and used for any further interaction over bookings. Most of our early communications with guests are by e-mail as this medium provides a convenient and speedy record for both parties in the booking process. The standard postal service is used for transmitting further information and confirmation.
3. Interaction with the site should be possible with all your computer defensive mechanisms in force. If you have selected not to receive images, the presentation of our site will be affected.
4. No information will be provided to a third party, intentionally.
5. We do not contact or canvass guests who have stayed with us, except in unusual cases, such as forgotten property. The operational success of this website and the apartment relies on customer interest, satisfaction, return and referral.
